Every paid purchase of DataIncisive — Pro, Team, or Enterprise — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
How to request one
Just email us
- Send an email to info@faasdd.com from the address you purchased with, letting us know you'd like a refund.
- We'll confirm the purchase and process the refund back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Your subscription will be cancelled at the same time, so you won't be charged again.
We don't require a reason, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
Scope
What's covered
The guarantee applies to any Pro, Team, or Enterprise charge, including renewals, within 30 days of that specific charge. The Free tier (local CSV, JSON, and Parquet files with full cross-source SQL joins) has no cost, so there's nothing to refund there.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge. We're unable to issue refunds for requests made after that window.
